Don't Rush the Swing

Sometimes, in an effort to get the longest possible drive we "load up" and really go after the ball only to discover that we don't get the results we thought the "extra effort" would produce. Higher swing speeds will produce a longer drive, but only if we hit the sweet spot. The key is good contact. So concentrate on good contact and a full balanced swing. The speed will come.
